Processing a credit voucher

When funds need to be re-deposited in to a Harvard account, a credit voucher should be submitted along with the check.

Supporting documentation should include a transaction listing or original request for payment (i.e., Concur report, B2P requisition, etc.. ) with the original transaction highlighted.

On the Credit Voucher form, enter details about the original transaction in the Explanation of Credit field, along with the check number and check date. Also enter the appropriate dollar amount and 33 digit account string.

Important: If depositing funds to a Federal or sponsored account, please consult with RPM first.
